Myoskeletal Alignment Technique
A holistic approach to relief of back and neck pain based on concepts and principles from Rolfing, osteopathy, and related physical medicine.
Focused on detecting and correcting strain patterns to prevent back/neck pain, this technique combines deep-tissue work with assisted stretching and non-force spinal alignment.

Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue Massage is a massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fiber's of the muscles, tendons and fascia.
Deep tissue massage is used to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct deep pressure or friction applied across the grain of the muscles not with the grain. Deep tissue massage helps to break up and eliminate scar tissue. Deep tissue massage usually focuses on more specific areas and may cause some soreness during or right after the massage. However, if the massage is done correctly you should feel better than ever within a day or two.

Neuromuscular Therapy
Neuromuscular therapy, also known as trigger-point therapy, is another modality of massage therapy. So what is a trigger point? A trigger point is a focal spot of tenderness within a muscle that may cause local or referred pain to other parts of the body. Trigger points are also known to cause headaches, neck and jaw pain, low back pain, sciatica, and several other conditions. Some on-going physical causes of trigger points include postural stress, poor work habits, repetitive strain, and lack of exercise.

Swedish
Swedish massage is particularly to allow the body to absorb more oxygen, thereby rejuvenating the body. Swedish massage is also geared towards detoxification by increasing the speed by which the cells of the body eliminate their waste materials. But more than these, Swedish massage brings to the receiver an immense feeling of satisfaction and relaxation.

Chair Massage
Chair massage is convenient in that the client stays completely clothed. This type of massage usually lasts between 10-20 minutes and consists of massaging the back, neck, arms, and hands.
